The tyre warranty ensures that your vehicle is quickly back on the road after any tyre damage. As a special free service, it applies to a wide range of tyres and complete wheels obtainable from your AMAG dealer. The tyre warranty covers many types of damage, e.g. damage caused by nails or other sharp objects, vandalism or damage caused by kerb impact.

Tyre damage caused by nails or sharp objects
Clearly identifiable tyre damage due to kerbstone breaches

Tyres of any dimension of passenger cars, 4x4/SUV and light commercial vehicles
Tyres of the following brands: Continental, Uniroyal, Semperit, Gislaved, Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Dunlop.
Tyres or complete wheels purchased from your AMAG dealer
24 months from the date of purchase

The replacement benefits of the tyre warranty for the damaged tyre include expenses for:

Tyre fitting
Rubber valve
Weights
Balancing
Wheel change

Any towing costs and breakdown assistance are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

The claim for compensation is calculated from the original purchase price of the damaged tyre and the tread depth at the time of the damage.

Please note that damage due to normal wear and tear and excessive wear – e.g. due to extreme driving, flat spots, etc. – is not covered by the tyre warranty. This also applies to consequential damage caused by defective shock absorbers and non-compliance with the manufacturer’s air pressure specifications.

Consequential damage caused by incorrectly adjusted or misaligned steering geometry (after kerb contact) as well as damaged rims is not included in the scope of application.

Tyres of the same axle that are not damaged but have to be replaced due to the tread depth ratio to the new tyre cannot be taken into account for the replacement benefit.

There is no entitlement to benefits for damage caused by gross negligence on the part of the driver or vehicle owner or for claims resulting from an accident.

Please note that factory tyres on new vehicles are not included in the tyre warranty.
