Terms of participation

* 1.1 The organiser of this raffle is AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 1, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "AMAG"). The raffle is carried out on the basis of the following conditions of participation. AMAG is responsible for the organisation, processing, provision of prizes and distribution of prizes. 

1.2 Participation is free of charge. Participation is open to natural persons aged 21 and over who are resident in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Persons under the age of 21, employees and their relatives of AMAG and its affiliated companies and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation. Multiple entries in this competition are excluded. 

1.3 Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged. Cash payment is not possible. Participation in the prize draw does not imply any obligation to purchase.

1.4 AMAG has the right at any time to exclude from the competition, without notification and without giving reasons, participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process or the competition and/or who violate the rules of the game. This also applies to participants who provide false information about themselves.

1.5 AMAG is entitled to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, notification or justification, taking into account the interests of the participants, if there is a suspicion of game manipulation and if technical reasons or legal reasons make it impossible to guarantee proper implementation or continuation.

1.6 AMAG reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has manipulated or attempted to manipulate this competition.

1.7 The competition can be entered by completing the entry form.

1.8 The following prizes will be drawn from among all participants:

2x1 tickets to the Audi Ice Driving Experience in Davos on 26 January 2024.

1.9 The closing date for entries is Sunday, 1 October 2023 at . The draw for the prize as per 1.8 will take place on Monday, 2 October 2023. Late entries will not be considered under any circumstances. The winner for the prize will be selected at random.

Winners will be notified immediately after the competition closes. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

1.10 Any liability for damages on the part of AMAG and its corporate bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the prize draw, irrespective of the legal grounds, is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. All operating, ancillary and consequential costs associated with the prize shall be borne by the winner.

1.11 By participating in the prize draw, the participant consents to the use of his/her data by AMAG and acknowledges the data protection declaration. The participant agrees that his/her data may be stored by AMAG and passed on to partner companies within the scope of prize processing. Furthermore, the participant agrees that the pictures, videos and entries submitted by him/her to AMAG may be used and published by AMAG within the scope of this competition.

1.12 The legal process is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

1.13 The competition is subject to Swiss law.

1.14 These conditions of participation may be amended by AMAG at any time. Should individual provisions within these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
