AMAG Summer Days ☀️

The organiser of this competition is AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 1, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as ‘AMAG’). The competition is organised and carried out in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which are accepted by participating in the competition. AMAG is responsible for the organisation, execution and provision of prizes and the distribution of winnings.

Eligible to participate are all persons residing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein who have reached the age of 18 and hold a valid Category B driver's license in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The competition is not open to persons under the age of 18, nor to employees of AMAG including their relatives, who live in the same household, or to employees of companies affiliated with AMAG and other persons involved in the competition.

Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product or the use of a service, and does not increase the chances of winning. AMAG has the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without notice or justification, if they manipulate the entry process or the competition, or attempt to do so, and/or if they breach the terms and conditions of participation. This also applies to participants who provide false information about their identity.

AMAG is entitled to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or justification if there is a suspicion of manipulation or if technical or legal reasons prevent the proper execution of the competition. AMAG reserves the right to take legal action against persons who have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the competition.

Participation in the competition is only possible by scanning the corresponding QR code on site in an AMAG garage. The QR code leads directly to the online competition. To participate, the participant must complete the participation form in full and spin the slot machine once by clicking on it.

Participation is possible once per person during the event period from 13 to 20 June 2026. Multiple participation using different or false e-mail addresses is not permitted.

The winners will be selected at random and notified accordingly. Late entries will not be considered. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days of receiving the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, assigned or paid out in cash. The winners are responsible for all operating, ancillary and follow-up costs associated with the prizes.

The AMAG and its organs, employees and agents are only liable for wilful intent or gross negligence in connection with the organisation of the competition or the awarding of the prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

No correspondence will be exchanged about the competition. The competition is subject to Swiss law.

By participating in the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by AMAG and acknowledge the data protection declaration. Participants agree that their data may also be passed on to partner companies as part of the prize draw.

In the event of a prize being won, participants agree that their personal data and, where applicable, images relating to the prize may be used free of charge on the AMAG website and on the social media channels.
