* Terms and conditions of participation: the organiser of the prize draw is AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 1, CH-6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as ‘AMAG’). The prize draw is conducted on the basis of the following terms and conditions of participation, which are accepted by participation (registration on the AMAG app and activation of the marketing consent). AMAG is responsible for the organisation, handling and provision of prizes or distribution of the total prize fund. 

The competition is open to individuals aged 21 and over who are resident in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and have a Cat. B driving licence valid in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein. Persons under the age of 21, employees of AMAG and their relatives, the companies affiliated with AMAG, and other persons involved in the design and implementation of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. Participation is not subject to purchasing a product or using a service, nor does this increase the chances of winning. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, assigned or paid out in cash and can only be redeemed from AMAG. Multiple entries in this competition are excluded.

AMAG reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw at any time without notification or justification if they manipulate the entry process or the prize draw, attempt to do so and/or violate the prize draw rules. This also applies to participants who provide false information about themselves. 

In the interest of all participants, AMAG may suspend or end the prize draw at any time without notice, notification or justification if it has reason to believe that the competition has been manipulated or if the competition cannot be properly held or continued for technical or legal reasons. AMAG reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who manipulates or attempts to manipulate this competition. 

Entry to the prize draw is automatic following registration on the AMAG app and acceptance of your marketing consent no later than midnight on 30 June 2023. The following prizes are up for grabs:

Main prize: used vehicle worth CHF 30,000 
Visit auto.amag.ch and select a vehicle worth up to a maximum CHF 30,000 from one of our group brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, CUPRA, VW Commercial Vehicles). Pick up the vehicle at the AMAG garage where the vehicle is currently located no later than 30 August 2023 and benefit from a minimum 12-month warranty. Leasing is excluded and the difference between the advertised price of the vehicle is not reimbursed.  

10x accessory voucher worth CHF 1,500 
Whether it’s winter wheels, rims, bicycle carriers, roof boxes, child seats and much more. Our AMAG garages have the right accessories for your Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, CUPRA or VW commercial vehicle. You can use the voucher worth CHF 1,500 to purchase accessories in one of our AMAG garages until 31 December 2024 at the latest. There is no cash alternative.  

A weekend worth around CHF 1,500 with the Audi e-tron GT 
Experience the all-electric sports car for a weekend (Friday evening – Sunday evening) and feel its energy. Minimum age for participation is 21 years / date of your choice, subject to availability / max. 600 km included (for insurance reasons restricted to Switzerland only) / excluding charging costs / prize is non-transferable / must be redeemed no later than 31 December 2023 / pick-up point from an AMAG dealer with Audi.

The closing date for the prize draw is midnight on 14 July 2023. Late submissions will not be considered. Winners will be drawn at random. Winners will be notified in person. If a winner does not respond within five working days of sending the notification, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be chosen.

Any liability for damages on the part of AMAG and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal grounds, is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. All operating, ancillary and subsequent costs relating to the prize shall be borne by the winner. The prize draw is subject to Swiss law. AMAG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation at any time without notice. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the competition, the participant consents to the use of their data by AMAG and acknowledges the privacy policy. The participant agrees that their data will be stored by AMAG and shared with partner companies in the context of the processing of prizes.
