Combining size, performance and functionality, the new Audi Q5 is a premium SUV for everyday life, with simple-to-use features making it easy to master the challenges of daily driving with confidence. The rear seat of the new Audi Q5 is divided into three segments. Intelligent solutions make your everyday life more comfortable, like a standard, variable folding mat. For convenient loading of your Audi, you can use the optional sensor to open the electric tailgate or lower the vehicle manually using the optional air suspension.

For the Audi Q5, there are various turbocharged petrol engines to choose from. The output ranges from 204 hp to 265 hp. The Audi TFSI engines combine small displacements with low consumption and high torque. The dual-clutch gearbox ensures seamless transitions from one gear to the next. In addition to petrol engines, there are also turbocharged diesel engines with 204 hp – 285 hp.

You can control the infotainment system of the Audi Q5 via the control unit located in the centre console. For example, you can easily stream your favourite music using the built-in Apple Music. The Q5 is equipped with a whole range of features and functions as standard. These include heated and electrically folding exterior mirrors, automatic air conditioning, electronic immobiliser, eight loudspeakers, digital radio reception and a data module for Europe.

The Audi Q5 has standard and optional assistance systems that can accompany you while driving, such as camera-based traffic sign recognition. Audi pre sense monitors the distance to other vehicles, pedestrians and objects and alerts the driver in the event of a possible collision. The parking system plus transmits acoustic and visual warning signals to the driver in the event of obstacles. A hold assist and a speed limiter are also part of the standard equipment.

The Audi Q5 is one of Audi’s SUVs with its ‘Q’. After the Q7, it is the second model in this series.

The mid-size SUV was presented at the 2008 Auto Shanghai show. The model is manufactured in Ingolstadt, Changchun (China) and Aurangabad (India) and is based on Audi’s modular longitudinal platform (MLB). In autumn 2012, Audi presented the first generation of the Q5 sports version at the 24 Hours of Le Mans: the Audi SQ5. The second generation followed in 2017. The model transfers a maximum power of 260 kW (354 hp) to the road. The second generation of the Audi Q5 was also presented at the Paris Motor Show in the same year. A Sportback version with a sloped rear window was added in 2020. Both the front and the rear were reworked as part of the 2020 facelift. The new octagon-shaped grille looks wider. Inside, all functions can be controlled via touchscreens.
