CUPRA Tavascan exterior design

The exterior of the CUPRA Tavascan skillfully combines dynamism and elegance with efficiency: the front section underlines the electric heart of the CUPRA Tavascan, with the low-set illuminated CUPRA logo rounding off the eye-catching design. The air vents are in no way just for show: they increase efficiency by allowing the air to flow evenly across the body or guiding it inside to cool the battery.

INTERIOR

CUPRA Tavascan interior design

The contoured lines of the exterior are picked up again in the interior of the CUPRA Tavascan. The perfect blend of top-quality materials and the technology of the future creates an ambient interior that perfectly balances driver orientation and passenger comfort. Thanks to high-contrast colours and carbon elements, the designers at CUPRA have created a uniquely dynamic interior.

Further details about the CUPRA Tavascan

Two motors – one on the front axle and one on the rear axle – bring a total of 225 kW (306 hp) to the road. This allows the CUPRA Tavascan to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in less than 6.5 seconds. Its 77 kWh lithium-ion battery stores enough energy for a range of up to 450 kilometres, measured according to the stringent requirements of the WLTP driving cycle test. The concept vehicle, which is based on the MEB platform, has its battery stored in the vehicle floor to ensure a low centre of gravity and very dynamic handling.*

Secured from all angles. Travel Assist combines Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Lane Assist Plus to keep you in your lane at a safe distance from other drivers. When combined with Lane Changing Assist, your surroundings are monitored so that you don’t change lanes until you have the space to do so.

The CUPRA Tavascan is named after an idyllic village in the Pyrenees that is unparalleled in terms of its breathtaking scenery and natural surroundings.

The available power (KW) and the acceleration of the vehicle depend at all times on the state of charge of the battery and its temperature. The images are for illustrative and information purposes only and may not correspond to series production.

The electric range of the vehicle depends on a number of factors, e.g. the nature of the terrain, the weather conditions, the state of charge of the vehicle (occupants + luggage), the age and condition of the battery, the optional equipment selected (rims, tyres, etc.), the use of peripheral equipment such as heating, air conditioning or seat heating and your driving style. The autonomy indicated is a provisional value and has been calculated in accordance with the WLTP regulation, which defines standard test conditions applicable to all manufacturers, so that the values calculated in accordance with this regulation are comparable for all vehicles.
