Make room for wonder

Longer, more flexible, more spacious: the new ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase provides all the space you need. With the flexibility you want. Thanks to the additional optional third row of seats with ISOFIX and Top Tether, the ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase can accommodate six or seven people, depending on the configuration. The two seats in the third row can be adjusted lengthwise and quickly and easily removed if necessary – good if you want to transport a little more cargo from A to B. Up to 2,123 litres of cargo space in the ID. Buzz Pro and 2,469 litres in the ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase can be achieved with just a few simple steps.

Let more light into your life: the optional electric panoramic Smart Glass roof in the new ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase ensures a light-flooded interior and a generous view of the outside. And because it is a multi-layer glass roof with a switchable liquid crystal film, it can be switched to privacy mode with light and heat protection using a slider in the roof console. This way, you can have exactly the amount of light or darkening you want – and you no longer have to worry about UV and infrared protection. There is also an additional three centimetres of headroom. The new ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase not only brings more outdoors in, but also noticeably improves the sense of space.

Longer is better: thanks to the new standard 86 kWh (net capacity) lithium-ion high-voltage battery, the long-wheelbase ID. Buzz with a long wheelbase can cover up to 474 kilometres without recharging***. The highly efficient heat pump (available as an option), which heats the interior, also helps. It uses less energy from the high-voltage battery, which represents a further advantage in terms of range compared to electric vehicles without a heat pump. Thanks to the new lithium-ion high-voltage battery, the new ID. Buzz with long wheelbase not only has a greater range, but it is also faster (maximum speed 160 km/h) and has a torque of 550 Nm. More acceleration and more power when pulling loads up to 1,000 kg – here too, the new ID. Buzz with long wheelbase sets the standard at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
